The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Light scratching and wear on high points consistent with age and use. One with several bruises to the flange. The other with two small dents in the cover which do not show on the upper side; Two bruises to underside of the tureen.
Good gauge.
