Very good condition overall. General rubbing to gilding, especially on the outer rims, as might be expected.
The icon with a few areas of minor restoration to the painted surface. The wooden icon panel with a small wooden board added along the lower rim to fit the oklad. The dedication inscription on the reverse is faded.
Otherwise, general surface wear consistent with age.
