With a clean, complete, well-maintained appearance, structurally sound and ready to use. The surfaces polished, with some minor sun fading in areas and with general overall marks, nicks, surface scratches, tiny losses and repairs consistent with age and use. A slightly larger loss to the interior edge of one scroll atop one rear leg, not visible when the chair is placed. Some evidence of old woodworm damage, now inactive. Some restored old cracks and some infill, including to some of the old worm damage. The ormolu with some minor surface scratches, casting flaws, verdigris and rubbing, as to be expected.
