The arms are those of Neville impaling Cornwallis for Richard Griffin (1783-1858), later 3rd Baron Baybrooke, and his wife Jane Cornwallis (1799-1856), daughter of Charles Cornwallis, 2nd Marquess Cornwallis, whom he married in 1819.
