The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
Good condition overall. There are splits to silver to the lower corners and along the top edge. There are bruises and dents to the edges of the silver oklad. There are areas of retouching to the painted surface of the icon in places. Otherwise, general surface wear and minor scratching to silver consistent with age.
