The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The painting is in good condition with fine craquelure overall and is unlined. The craquelure intensifies on the portion of yellow-pink sky. Beautiful brushwork is visible on the upper right corner. Inspection under ultraviolet light shows few retouches, which are concentrated in the upper center, over the tree at left, and at the bottom center. The retouches were well done and difficult to see without ultra violet light. The painting can be hung its present state.
