Étui-form, the body enameled in translucent dark red over a wavy guilloche ground, within laurel-chased gold borders, the body applied with a rose-cut diamond-set script monogram, possibly a stylized monogram of Emperor Peter I, below an Imperial crown set with diamonds, with a diamond-set push-piece, marked on mounts with ‘Fabergé’ in Cyrillic and workmaster’s initials
