Very good condition overall. The silver with some minor wear and tiny scratches, the enamel with some minor wear and a few tiny losses.
The painted icon with some craquelure to the surface and a few small paint losses, including a tiny flake on the Madonna's forehead and further flakes under the silver oklad.
The red velvet backing with some minor wear and fading, with holes drilled into the upper left and right corners through the velvet into the wood, with a tear about two inches down around the hole on the right with associated fraying, the velvet also torn down the full left side with associated fraying.

The wooden case with some wear and minor nicks and scratches to the wood exterior, the easel support tight, with holes drilled through the upper left and right corners similar to the icon, the white silk interior with some wear, fading, and staining.
