The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
Five dinner-plates with chipping to rim, one with short stained hairline crack from rim, one plate with 20 cm. crack from rim across centre. Six luncheon-plates with chipping to rims. Wear to gilding throughout, some surface scratching and occasional surface abrasion or minute chip.
