Each commode fitted with nine drawers and supported on four scroll-shaped legs resting on pad feet, the mahogany tops carved on the front and side edges with egg and scroll moldings; drawer fronts carved with twisted rope moldings; the bombé front corners of each commode carved with elongated cartouches and scrolls and the aprons carved with shell work motifs
