The plaque in generally good condition with no major breaks; the gilding on the oval integral frame is flaking, with some large patches of flaking mainly near 3 and 9 o’clock; there is a large chipped loss to the lower edge of the frame near 10:30 o’clock (does not go into the gilt part of the integral frame) and a second smaller chipped loss near 9 o’clock.; there are three sets of small drill holes to the reverse and edge of the frame; the plaque has an old metal chain affixed to the reverse for hanging.
