The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Overall in good decorative order and ready to hang. These are visually impressive and of large size.
Some wear, surface scratching and occasional small chip throughout. Fritting to edges. Flaking to plaster at edges of tile panels. Some discolouration to old infilling.
Diana with approximately 23 tiles (including the tile depicting her face) cracked across and restuck with associated areas of infilling and overpainting. Two further tiles with hairline cracks.
Yupiter with approximately replacement Dutch delft tiles, covering his neck, face and clouds. Approximately twenty tiles cracked across and restored with associated infilling and overpainting. Some further small areas of restored chipping. Central tile to stomach probably also replacement.
