The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

In overall good condition with good underlying colour.
There are the inevitable minor dents marks and scratches and shrinkage cracks due to age and use.
There is perished varnish over the carved surfaces and the upholstery is worn throughout. Some small chips and losses to the carving throughout.
Later battens attached to insides of seat rails for webbing and later corner brackets.
The upholstery fairly worn and fraying to the front of the seats.
Originally with castors, now lacking.
Structurally secure.
