The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

In overall good condition and structurally sound, with the inevitable surface scratches, scuffs and wear consistent with age.
One of the leaves is a later replacement. The ends are reconfigured and there are some new elements including the hinged bearers. There is evidence of a previous hinged bearer.The leaves of the end sections apparently made from one of the original 22 in. leaves. There is a repair to the top of one of the legs, from a previous break, with identical break to the opposing leg.
Concertina basically ok. The large brass clips apparently original, castors as well.
There is an area of repair to the veneer to the drop-end of the smaller extension table.
