The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The paper is hinged with tape in two places along the reverse upper edge. Paper is buckled with mat burn along the extreme edges. Scattered areas of surface cracking in the upper register, including a small area of lifting in the sky at upper left. Scattered small paint losses, most noticeably in the lower register. Multiple artist pinholes in the corners. No apparent tears, repairs or paper losses.
