The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Lined. Frame abrasion and small nails scattered along the extreme edges. Scattered surface cracking most noticeably in the lower register. A few scattered surface abrasions with minor scattered associated pindot paint losses. Under ultraviolet light, inpainting scattered along the edges, most noticeably a few horizontal lines extending inward from the upper right edge. Other minor spots and dashes scattered elsewhere, most noticeably in the upper background. Slightly uneven, discolored varnish.
