The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
CASE: the finials a little misshapen and slightly tarnished. The ebonised case with light nicks and abrasions and some wear to the mouldings. The feet a little loose. The baseboard with a shrinkage crack. The conforming bracket with shrinkage to the joins of the base.
DIAL: the silvered elements to the dial a little tarnished. The minute hand slightly bent.
MOVEMENT: currently ticking and striking but not tested for timekeeping. The plates generally clean and the motionwork slightly dirty and would benefit from a clean and service.
With pendulum, case key and a later winding key.
