The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

‌The hand seal with clear marks on mounts and partly legible marks on rim of matrix; wear on high points; small bruise to the rim of the silver matrix and scratches to underside. Small scroll very slightly lifting on the pierced work applied on hardstone column; hairline cracks in the agate, possibly natural and a tiny chip to the stepped base.
