拍品專文

Although the maker's mark is partially legible, it resembles that of Daniel Marchand before he went bankrupt circa 1790, often seen as on this box combined with a crowned K. Daniel Marchand (1733-1794) was a bijoutier and émailleur as well as the Toussaints' brother-in-law and a native from Hanau whose work is very comparable in style to that of the Toussaint.
