Each spirally-fluted baluster stem cast with flowering swags below a campana-shaped nozzle, the upper section centred by a flower spray and issuing three acanthus-sheathed scrolled branches terminating in foliate-cast spiralling drip-pans and nozzles, pierced for electricity; restorations to the branches and flower sprays
