The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Overall light lifting and cracking with some areas of stabilization, as can be expected. Some scattered chips, nicks and losses, primarily to the edges. Some areas of scratching and of possibly refreshing to the gilding and black pigments. Some areas of touch-ups including to the mountains of the central panel, the overpaint now crackling. Two of the mountains and one of the rocks with more substantial touch-ups, now crackling. One with two old drill holes at the edge from where a hinge once was. Each panel with some stabilized vertical cracks with associated touch-ups.
