The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The central drawer pull later, formerly with pulls to either side. The green baize playing surface later, and lifting around edges. The counter wells with some shrinkage cracks. Eagle head on proper left front leg re-glued slightly unevenly. Old repair to upper section of proper left back leg. Scattered losses to veneers and some areas with replacements and infill. The feet with pieced construction, probably original. With some old inactive worm damage underneath and an old metal support brace to proper left back leg.
