The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Overall in good condition. The ormolu with some minor wear, rubbing, and surface dirt as to be expected. The enamel with some minor scratches and very minor areas of wear and loss. The clock with some wear to the numerals on the dial. Back right finial slightly loose. Rear bezel door with replaced glass. The movement marked at the back 'CHLES MT15055'. Please note Christie's does not guarantee the working order of clocks. Both candelabra with removable nozzles. One with one of the finials around the central sconce replaced and slightly different from the others, and slightly loose. The top sconce on both fitted for electricity and drilled through to the base, though not currently wired.
