Formed as a shaped oval centerpiece bowl raised on four scrolled bracket feet, the sides chased with sweeping lobes, shells, and acanthus, with three twisting candelabra arms to each end supporting sconces and drip pans cast with acanthus, the center with two scrolled supports surmounted by a gadrooned plinth, the finial as a draped winged maiden sitting atop a globe with a trumpet and wreath and with two putti carrying a floral garland, marked on base rim
