The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

CASE: The ormolu with some light surface scratching, visible wear and scattered traces of tarnish and verdigris consistent with age and use. The surmounting putto missing his instrument and the Minerva figure possibly missing a shield in her left hand. The left cherub missing the finger tips of his raised arm. The flower held by the putto slightly loose. The vitruvian scroll reserve originally silvered and with additional silverplated copper panels behind them.

DIAL: Some overall scratching to the surface and a few small shallow chips to the rim.
MOVEMENT: Not currently ticking and missing it's pendulum.
