The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
Overall in good condition. With typical light scattered marks and faint scratches. The gilding with some fine cracking, light flaking and some very small losses revealing bole and barewood. The frame with scattered small restored breaks, well hidden underneath the gilding, some resulting in small losses to the gilding. The marble with natural inclusions and small 'nibbles' to extreme edges.
