The painted decoration with some lifting, flaking, and small losses revealing barewood, as expected with age and use. The ormolu with rubbing and oxidation. With some age and construction cracks, not extensive, and hidden by painted decoration. The ormolu rim separating slightly from the tabletop, but secure. The framing mounts and border mount around the top probably of a later date. With a small loss to the interior of the drawer.
