The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

With scattered age and construction cracks; not extensive. The right end of the crest rail under the bead-carved decoration with a possible old restored break. Carving with some small losses, chips and abrasions; not extensive. Gesso with some cracks and chips. Re-decorated. Gilding and paint with some rubbing, abrasions, small losses and light surface dirt. The upholstery with light wear and minor marks. In good overall condition and ready to place.
