The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Overall good condition; with some minor surface wear and wear to gilding; each square base with minor chips to the lower edge and corners; one pail with a surface chip to vine applied directly below the mouth of the vase and to the left of one crest; the other pail with very pale slightly stained glaze crazing to the interior near the mouth rim (not visible when liner is in place); each liner and cover in overall good condition.
