The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
Each in overall good condition; with the expected minor surface wear, scratches and small imperfections in the making; with some scattered rubbing and tiny losses to the enamels; a few scattered tiny chips to the mouthrims; one with a star-crack visible to the bottom of the vase to the interior, with two curving hairlines visible running up the sides of the exterior, approx. 4 in. and 5 in; the other with two areas of rim restoration, with a few short glaze lines to its base; each finial with losses to the high points; both finials likely replacements, the glue affixing them now stained; present well.
