The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

In sound condition and ready to place. With the expected scattered light nicks, faint marks and scratches. Would benefit from restoration to the polished finish, which is somewhat uneven. The upholstery well maintained and with small scattered light stains.

Chair A
The pierced rail with scattered restorations. With a patch repair to stretcher. With a repaired break to the rear of the front apron where the cross brace meets it on the right side.

Chair B
The back stretcher with a restored break and consequential overpainting. With some minor replacements to the upper portions of the rails.
