The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Overall very good condition and ready to place. Some light surface dust and dirt throughout. The ormolu with some minor surface scratches, tarnish, verdigris and rubbing, particularly at high points. One spiral gadrooned collar loose on the cover. The marble with scattered surface nicks and scratches, natural inclusions, and minor 'nibbling' to edges. Both with evidence of previously repaired cracks throughout. One with more repairs, particularly to the body.
