The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
In good, sound condition and ready to place. With typical scattered light nicks, faint marks and scratches. The gilding with minor rubbing revealing red ground in areas, with some faint scattered cracking and some small flaked losses, particularly to the feet, not extensive. Regilt, bright tone. With some very slight seperation at joints, most visible on the reverse but not extensive. The upholstery well maintained and with only light scattered staining.
