The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

In sound condition and ready to place. With typical light scattered surface scratches, small nicks and 'nibbles' to extreme edges, and some very minor staining consistent with age and use. The stones with natural inclusions. With scattered cracks to the stones throughout, as expected. Overall with scattered areas of restoration and associated infill material. With some various patch and infilled repairs. The diamond border with some scattered cracks to the slate and marble, and losses to the infill but all stable. Presents well overall. The base with natural inclusions, some small nicks and light 'nibbles' to edges.
