In generally good condition, sound and ready to place. With typical light scattered nicks, faint marks and scratches, consistent with age and use. With some scattered cracking, lifting and small losses to the veneer. The ormolu with light rubbing and some oxidation. The leather writing surface with scattered faint scratches and light staining, consistent with age. Three of the glass panels cracked.
