The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

In good condition overall and ready to place. With typical light scattered nicks, faint marks and scratches. The upholstery well maintined with some scattered faint staining. The gilding with some cracking and flaking, revealing bole and barewood in areas. The gilding refreshed.

Chair 3 - With some restorations to the front legs, with some associated overpainting.
Chair 4 - With a few small repairs to the joins on the top of the back legs.
