Good overall condition
There are the inevitable minor dents, marks, scratches and rubbing consistent with age and use.
Dial: there are some minor hairline cracks and very minor chips to the edges.
As stated in the catalogue, the two lateral foliates are later with different tones of gilding.
Gilding: is slightly tarnished especially to the upper part. Some ormolu elements of the grids are disjoined. There are some very minor traces of verdigris especially to the central part. There are some minor casting flaws especially inside the char.
Please note that this condition report has been written from a work of art and not a time-measuring object point of view. Therefore this lot has to be checked by a professional clock-maker.
