The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Good overall condition.
There are some minor dents, marks, scratches and shrinkage cracks consistent with age and use.
Wood : As stated in the catalogue, there is an element on the upper part who needs to be restored.
There are some losses to the carving, especially to the right upright.
Gilding : There are some loses to the gilding on the exposed areas revealing white gesso and bare wood underneath.
Tapestry : One nails is missing on the lower part.
There are some minor tears, especially one on the back of the parrot (approx. 5 cm.).
