The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Country house condition.
There are the inevitable minor dents, marks, scratches and rubbing consistent with age and use.
Lead : The gilding is tarnished and there are some losses revealing the red bowl underneath.
One branch of the reed leaf have been restored.
There are some traces of dirt, especially to the hollows, would benefit from a gentle cleaning.
Marble : there are some chips and scuff marks throughout and one larger chip to the left side of the foot.
There are some small yellowish areas, especially to the basin.
