The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

We have sought to record changes in the condition of these pieces acquired after their initial manufacture.

One vase :
There is a large C-section broken in several pieces and restored to the mouth rim and neck.

The other vase :
There is one restored crack to the mouth rim and some other sections broken and restored to the mouth rim and neck.

One cover :
There is a C-shape section to the rim restored.
There is a minute dent to the extremity of the finial.

The other cover :
In good overall condition with some flaking to the blue enamel.

Both covers are a little bit warped.

Some small dents to both vases' foot rim.
There are some minute firing faults including to the enamels.
Scratches, surface wear and tiny flakes to the enamels overall, especially to the blue enamels.
