There are the inevitable minor dents, marks, scratches, cracks and rubbing consistent with age and use.
As stated in the catalogue the mechanism and the dial are associated.
Dial : the enamel with minor hairline cracks and a chip under the number VII.
Ormolu : with some minor sign of tarnishing.
Marble : there are some scratches and chips especially to the edges with a minor loss to the back of the base.
