Gilding : with some traces of tarnishing, stains and black spots.
As visible on the illustrations, the gilding of the base is very tarnished with different tones from the lower part.
The quality of the chasing of the figure and the clock is very fine.
There is a little hole on the right hand of the figure and there is a probably missing element.
As stated in the catalogue the base and the bas-relief previously patinated bronze.
Marble : with some minor chips and dents especially to the edges.
