In overall good condition.
With the inevitable chips, marks and scratches consistent with age and use.
The leather writing-surface with some scratches and fading to the gilt-tooling, associated.
Some loss and associated repair to veneer on centre drawer front.
The extensions with very minor wear, as to be expected.
A hairline crack to the veneer on the left side.
The mounts to the legs possibly replaced or regilt.
Some very minor losses to the veneers especially on the legs.
Some evidence of historic woodworm, currently inactive.
One leg detached and in need of repair.
