In overall good condition. There are the inevitable dents, marks and scratches consistent with age and use. The enamel dial has some chips to the winding keyholes and a minor build up up dust to the crevices. The ormolu in fairly good condition with some rubbing and tarnishing to the high points. Some very small holes are also visible under close inspection where the ormolu has rubbed away. There is a small loss to the object the putto to the base was holding in its right hand. The movement appears clean and in good condition. Please note Christie's do not guarantee the working condition, duration or timekeeping of clocks offered for sale.
