The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Good decorative condition overall. Some surface scratches, rubbing and sear to enamels. Rubbing and loss to the gilt areas, particularly the rim and foot. One vase with repair and associated overpainting to section of the rim, one branch handle and both sides of the foot; the other with repair and associated overpainting to three areas of the foot. The removable fitments later and in good order with green silk shades.

All electrical goods offered in this sale must be reconditioned prior to use, regardless of whether the lot is shown lit or in working condition in the photograph. We strongly advise that any re-conditioning is undertaken by an appropriately qualified electrician.
