In good overall condition.
There are the inevitable minor nicks, marks and scratches consistent with age and use.
The marble bodies with natural inclusions, surface scratches and small chips. Some areas of infill, such as to the central section between the vine swags of one, and to the area above the mille-railles band of the other.
One cover with a repaired break, sensitively executed, not immediately obvious because of natural veining of the marble, this cover with some additional spots of overpaint.
The ormolu slightly tarnished in areas, such as to the spreading fluted socles. The gilding slightly rubbed at highpoints; one base with a small spot of verdigris.
Highly decorative, structurally stable and ready to place.
