With some inevitable, marks, scratches and shrinkage consistent with age and use.
Mirror plates with some losses to silvering throughout, and with some scratching and crystallization.
Several areas of the mirror plate with breaks, the lower corners with white infill, the top of the capital borders with significant mirror damage and breakage.
The mirror probably slightly reduced in height.
Several further smaller cracks and breaks to frame.
The giltwood with some flaking and losses throughout, revealing the red bole layer and gesso layer beneath.
Otherwise secure and ready to hang, but would benefit from some sympathetic restoration.
