In the neoclassical style, on gadrooned stepped square base and with spirally fluted plinth and stylised shell angles, with column stems, Corinthian capitals and detachable gadrooned shaped square nozzles, engraved on bases with two differing crests and on nozzle with contemporary crest, marked on bases, with filled bases, marked on foot-rim, one nozzle marked C&B, the others unmarked, the bases engraved with inventory number Q 259:1, engraved on sockets with numbers 3/4/5 and 7, the nozzles numbered 1/2/4 and 5

The crest is that of Kingston as borne by the Barons Kingston, presumably for Edward King, 1st Baron Kingston (1726-1797), who was created Baron Kingston in 1764. He was later created Viscount Kingston in 1766 and Earl of Kingston in 1768. The later crest is borne by a number of families.
