The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
The canvas is unlined. Some surface soiling as to be expected with age. With minor frame abrasion. A minor depression at the top of the mountain in the background near the upper left edge. Overall with minor craquelure, most notably to the aforementioned depression. Examined under ultraviolet light. No apparent touch-ups.
