The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The tray in good conserved condition with minor craquelure and scattered tiny losses and rubbing to surface decoration throughout. Rubbing, mild oxidation, and some dents to the silver-plated gallery. The underside of the tray covered with green baize. The mahogany stand with typical minor marks, chips, nicks, and surface scratches. Overall structurally sound and sturdy. Small loss to the moulded border at top of one leg. Scuffs to feet.
